The delivery mode of these tools is online, meaning they remain locked until the payment is made, after which they are unlocked for use.
The convenience fee is divided into three categories:
1. Single Tool Access – If you want to access a specific tool, the fee is ₹19, ₹9, ₹29, etc., depending on the tool. Only the tool for which you have paid will be unlocked.
2. Monthly Plan – The fee for this plan is ₹99, allowing users to access all educational tools available on the website for one month after making the payment.
3. Annual Plan – Users can pay a one-time fee of ₹199 to get access to all tools for an entire year.
You can cancel your software purchase at any time before the activation of the software.
To cancel, please contact our support team at support@gkiweb.com with your order details.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, any payment made will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that once the software is delivered or activated, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
